I Can Paint Pretty Pictures Too Giclée Art Print

I painted this with acrylic paint when I was using up paint from a birthday mixed media collage I made for my friend Lucy. I just painted instinctively and made a pretty abstract landscape. I decided to paint the words ‘I can paint pretty pictures too it’s just not how I usually feel’ on it because people have made comments about how dark and twisted my art is. I can and do paint nicely too sometimes, but as my art is so linked to my emotional expression, I tend to feel the urge to paint when I am sad and angry more, because it is therapeutic to me.
